Lilo Walter

I have been married to my husband Bernie for 22 years and we have worked together in worship ministry for over 25 years. We have a son and a daughter, both of whom are in post Secondary education. Our Australian Shepherd keeps us exercised and enjoys being with us at our favorite place, the cottage. My journey has been long and varied. Following high school, I completed a diploma nursing program which led to employment opportunities in Canada, Alabama and Switzerland. Though thankful for these experiences, I have always sensed that nursing was not to be my life vocation. Neither was teaching, yet both of these professions provided invaluable life experiences for ministry. As well, my involvement with Community Bible Study (CBS) for over 15 has helped my spiritual development. My ministry focus is on helping people cultivate a relationship with their Creator, walking alongside them and praying with them. For me it is a great joy and privilege to journey along side others and to see and hear God speaking to them directly and working in them.
